X8 Del.icio.us
I signed on to Del.icio.us some time ago, and I do periodically bookmark sites though I'm not sure why. Every one of the 4 PCs I use (desktop & laptop @ home, one in office and one on floor @ work) has different sites bookmarked and I kind of like it that way; there are overlaps of course - news sites, search engines and some reference sites, but some things are unique to each computer and, since I have many things bookmarked no matter what computer I'm using, I periodically rediscover sites I haven't clicked on in a while. What I really like del.icio.us for, is discovering new sites. I check the hotlist and the popular sites now and then.

Different strokes for different folks. I am obsessive-compulsive and want my bookmarks to stay the same. Apple takes care of synchronizing my desktop/laptop/phone bookmarks, and I have a MyYahoo page that I can access from any browser when I'm at work.
I do like the concept of being happily surprised to see sites you haven't visited for a while. Maybe there needs to be a way to build some serendipity into every system.
