Boomer Senses A Plot . . .

I have been unable to read the last three issues of WIRED. Ever since they decided to 'improve' the look of the magazine by downsizing the font to a size 2. Teeny teeny tiny miniscule print. You must be under 30 to read it. You know about the ringtones that kids can hear but teachers can't? It's all part of the same nefarious plot. One day Boomers will look around to discover that they've been relegated to an altogether different plane, like in that Star Trek episode where another race of beings occupied the same space as the crew, but never interacted because they were on different frequencies.

I haven't been able to read Wired for years now. Between the glossy pages, the combination of type and background colors, and the weird layouts, it definitely appeals to the post-literate generation.

And I thought I was alone in my thoughts on all of this....!
