A US court has ruled that Google must disclose the viewing habits of every user who has ever watched any video on YouTube. The viewing log, which will be given over to Viacom, contains the log-in ID of users, IP address and video clip details. While the legal battle between Google and Viacom is being contested in the US, the ruling will likely apply to YouTube users and their viewing habits everywhere.
